New paper: Visual motion perception as online hierarchical inference

Our new paper, Visual motion perception as online hierarchical inference by Johannes Bill and Sam Gershman just appeared in Nature Communications. In that work we propose an algorithm and its neural implementation for how the brain might discover motion relations from a volatile visual stream, and with it capture a bunch of well-known motion illusions.
